Power up every My Muscle Chef meal purchase at Ampol Foodary with your chance to scratch and win a share of $100K!

During the promotional period, every meal purchased gives you the opportunity to collect a scratch card from in-store locate your unique code and enter your chance to win.

Entries into the promotion open at 12:01am AEDT on 30 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 3 October 2026 or while scratch cards last.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of the Promoter, Ampol Foodary (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The competition runs exclusively in Ampol Foodary participating stores in Australia that are displaying promotional material.

To be eligible to enter, individuals must:

1. Purchase a My Muscle Chef meal from a participating Ampol Foodary store during the promotional period:
2. Collect their Scratch Card and receipt in-store, scratch to reveal their unique code.
3. Scan the QR code advertised in-store or on the Scratch Card to visit the promotional website.
4. Complete the online entry form, input their scratch card unique code and upload a photo or scan of your receipt.

Your Scratch Card & Receipt are required as proof of purchase and must be uploaded with your entry. You should retain the original scratch card and receipt in case it is requested for verification.

You must purchase any of the My Muscle Chef meals available at Ampol Foodary participating stores.

You can enter multiple times. One (1) Scratch Card is permitted per meal purchased and one (1) entry into the promotion is permitted per Scratch Card. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

After successfully completing the online entry form, entrants will receive an online message and email acknowledging their entry and informing them if they are a provisional winner of an instant prize. Once instant winners are verified (within 5 business days), winners will receive their prize via email. All winners are subject to verification in accordance with the promotion Terms and Conditions.

There is a total of six thousand one hundred and eighty (6,180) AmpolCash e-Gift cards available to be won instantly which will be split as follows:

• Five thousand (5,000) x $10 AmpolCash e-Gift cards
• Six hundred (600) x $20 AmpolCash e-Gift cards
• Four hundred (400) x $50 AmpolCash e-Gift cards
• One hundred and eighty (180) x $100 AmpolCash e-Gift cards
